BlockRouteLabs Ltd provides custom algorithmic trading bot development, strategy design, backtesting, exchange integration, deployment, and related technology services. We are a software engineering company registered in New York — not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fund manager.
Our services do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We provide technology solutions only. All trading decisions, capital allocation, and regulatory compliance are your sole responsibility. Consult qualified professionals before trading.
Upon full payment per your agreement, you receive ownership of custom code developed for your project. BlockRouteLabs retains rights to pre-existing frameworks and methodologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typical structure includes an upfront deposit and milestone-based payments. Services may be suspended for non-payment.
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee trading profits, uptime, or specific performance unless explicitly stated in a signed statement of work. All trading involves risk of loss.
BlockRouteLabs Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including trading losses, except to the limited extent set forth in a signed contract.
We maintain confidentiality of your strategies and business information. NDAs are available for every project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. BlockRouteLabs Ltd is a New York–registered company.
